A DIY post on Oh the Lovely Things inspired me to try my hand at the macro water droplet photography, which was originally, and excellently, explained in How to Shoot Amazing Water Droplet Macro Photographs from MCP Actions. It's pretty obvious that my photo (on the left) is the amateur version of the stunning example on the right, but it was a lot of fun to try out.
